KRILL
Krill-o.r.c.a. is an office for architecture, urban planning, and research, driven by the idea that architecture gains value by being used use, a use that is never fixed. Krill develops strong architectural images that allow for adaptation without losing character. Each design must enable users to influence their environment, creating an ongoing interaction between architecture and people.
Today’s world demands a rethinking of social space, integrating public realm in the spatial, social, and digital sphere. Krill-o.r.c.a. designs environments as dynamic playing fields where people can take on and develop new roles, fostering growth. Contemporary environments that restore the spatial logic of unwritten rules and informal interactions where this got lost.
