The Tampere Art Map platform, developed as a part of x-CITE use case 1 (Public Art on the Map), has now been released. The first version is available only in Finnish, but the platform will be further expanded during 2026 with English-language texts and additional content.
The Tampere Art Map platform brings together information on the City of Tampere’s public art collection, artwork images, and new digital content. Users can explore quizzes, themed routes, reflection questions for both children and adults, visitors’ memories related to the artworks, and 3D models of selected pieces.
The Tampere Art Map can be found in the “Kulttuurikohteet ja museot” (Cultural Attractions and Museums) section of the Tampere.Finland application.
